💼 About This Role

You'll join the Quality Unit at Hims & Hers in Los Alamitos, CA for a short-term contract role supporting quality assurance, control, document control, training, and validation. You'll be hands-on in a cGMP facility managing investigations, batch record review, and compliance activities. Your impact will ensure products meet quality standards in a fast-paced health and wellness environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support quality event investigations and manage change controls
• Conduct batch record review and maintain batch record folders
• Perform incoming inspections and sampling coordination
• Support document control, training tracking, and validation documentation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Working knowledge of cGMP regulations (FDA 21 CFR 210/211)
• Experience with batch record review and document control systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic quality systems (Trackwise, LMS)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a 503B outsourcing facility
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
