💼 About This Role

You'll provide frontline IT support for a fast-growing live entertainment tech company, ensuring seamless hardware, software, and network operations for our global team. You'll drive Zero Trust architecture and IAM processes to secure our infrastructure. This role offers the chance to shape IT systems at scale for industry leaders like the Grammys.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues globally.
• Administer Google Workspaces, Slack, SSO, and account provisioning.
• Manage asset lifecycle for macOS and Windows devices via MDM.
• Support AV and office infrastructure for meetings and events.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in IT support or systems administration in a tech environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Workspaces and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and context-aware access.
• Experience managing macOS fleet with MDM tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in IAM and security controls.
• Experience with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance.
• Proficiency in English and German.
