You'll act as a strategic partner to the CEO and founding team, helping prioritize initiatives and drive cross-functional projects at a fast-growing AI recruiting platform. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, directly shaping how the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as strategic partner to CEO, prioritizing initiatives and resource allocation.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and QBRs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and build lightweight processes.

📋 Requirements

• Experience as Chief of Staff or similar at a Series A-C startup.
• Ability to switch between financial, product, and people topics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Linear.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in recruiting or HR technology.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems like Bullhorn or Greenhouse.
• Experience at a venture-backed company during growth inflection.
