💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Lehigh County. Your role ensures patient safety and high-quality care through flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• One year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
