You'll help clients navigate complex debt and equity transactions through tangible asset valuation for financial and tax reporting. Your work will directly impact mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs across industries. You'll be part of an established and fast-growing valuation practice with direct mentorship from leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform tangible asset valuations for purchase price allocations
• Appraise real property for gift and estate taxes
• Conduct real estate market analysis and broker outreach
• Coordinate valuations with other service lines

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of tangible real estate valuation experience
• Knowledge of cost, market, and income approaches
• Strong Excel modeling skills
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Big 4 or commercial real estate brokerage experience
• Appraisal Institute or ASA coursework
• Exceptional writing skills for valuation reports
