You'll join a high-growth cybersecurity company to support our international workforce with a focus on the Netherlands and EMEA. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Run core HR processes for international employees including onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
• Maintain clean employee data and documentation across HR systems like Rippling and Deel.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and immigration partners for timely processing.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for Amsterdam office, coordinating supplies and facilities.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
• Familiarity with Dutch employment practices (holidays, sick leave, probation, notice periods).
• Strong systems orientation, comfortable with HRIS tools like Rippling, Deel, or Ashby.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
