You will design and develop scalable applications for Europe's largest automotive leasing marketplace, working with a cross-functional team to build robust, maintainable solutions. You'll apply an AI-first mindset, use GenAI tools to accelerate development, and coach teams on effective AI usage, helping shape technical direction and software quality across the platform.

Requirements

• Senior level software engineering experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node/Next.js or Java/Spring
• Experience with GenAI tools and AI-first development mindset
• Experience in building and operating production systems
• Strong collaboration and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Build great products loved by customers
• Apply an AI-first mindset to design, coding, testing, deployment and operations
• Work with TypeScript/Node/Next.js or Java/Spring codebases using GenAI tools
• Build and evolve AI-powered internal tools and workflows
• Act as a multiplier and culture driver: coach teams on GenAI usage
