🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support a sales team of commercial reps
• Call on commercial/industrial businesses to acquire new accounts
• Accompany reps to coach and ensure they meet potential
• Develop scope of work and manage proposals from initial call to close

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years B2B sales management experience
• 5+ years outside B2B sales experience (or Bachelor's + 3 years management)
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Estimating experience generating proposals and submittals
