You'll lead a team of Key Account Managers for Malt's largest enterprise clients in DACH & BENELUX. Your impact: drive multi-departmental expansion through strategic planning and executive relationships. This role offers the chance to shape the go-to-market strategy for Europe's leading freelance marketplace.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Supervise 2-6 KAMs across multiple countries through coaching and 1:1s.
  • Define commercial strategy and monitor KPIs like generated business volume.
  • Build trust-based relationships with C-level executives at enterprise clients.
  • Proactively engage with customers field to expand existing accounts.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with Finance, Marketing, Tech.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Sales (SaaS/consulting/staffing).
  • MEDDIC methodology mastery with CRM-driven sales execution.
  • 2+ years management experience leading teams of comparable size.
  • Native-level German and full professional English proficiency.

  • Experience in freelance marketplace or platform economy.
  • Knowledge of DACH and BENELUX enterprise market.
  • Background in IT services or staffing.
