๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead a team of Key Account Managers for Malt's largest enterprise clients in DACH & BENELUX. Your impact: drive multi-departmental expansion through strategic planning and executive relationships. This role offers the chance to shape the go-to-market strategy for Europe's leading freelance marketplace.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Supervise 2-6 KAMs across multiple countries through coaching and 1:1s.
- Define commercial strategy and monitor KPIs like generated business volume.
- Build trust-based relationships with C-level executives at enterprise clients.
- Proactively engage with customers field to expand existing accounts.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with Finance, Marketing, Tech.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Sales (SaaS/consulting/staffing).
- MEDDIC methodology mastery with CRM-driven sales execution.
- 2+ years management experience leading teams of comparable size.
- Native-level German and full professional English proficiency.

- Knowledge of DACH and BENELUX enterprise market.
