In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to ensure they maximize value from the Contentful platform, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve technical and business goals. You will drive retention and growth, partner with cross-functional teams, and champion customer needs internally.

Requirements

  • College/University Degree highly preferred
  • 7+ years in customer-facing role with renewals experience (Customer Success, Key Account Management)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales or performance goals
  • Ability to think strategically and drive renewal and expansion opportunities independently

Responsibilities

  • Build and own relationships across a book of 20-30 enterprise accounts as trusted advisor
  • Monitor and guide new customers to ensure value expectations are aligned and achieved
  • Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores
  • Lead effective customer Business Reviews based on defined business goals
  • Drive renewal conversations and negotiate pricing/contract terms with Fortune top-20 procurement teams
