You'll serve as the primary IT lead for a hybrid enterprise environment supporting U.S. Federal Government clients. Your core impact is ensuring reliability and security across on-prem and cloud infrastructure while operating independently. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and support VMware ESXi and virtual machines.
• Administer Microsoft 365 GCC High environment.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Support data center operations and incident response.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in systems administration or infrastructure support.
• Experience managing hybrid IT environments (on-prem and cloud).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High.
• Deep experience with VMware ESXi and virtual infrastructure.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CMMC or NIST 800-171 compliance.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Ability to support critical incidents outside business hours.
