💼 About This Role

You'll support Affirm's compliance governance and oversight program, reviewing consumer complaints and challenging operations teams to mitigate risk. You'll help identify process improvements and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and challenge internal responses to consumer complaints and operations issues
• Analyze customer complaints to identify root cause and trends
• Work with cross-functional partners to address compliance concerns
• Assist with metrics reporting and process improvement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk, or Audit in financial services or fintech
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Curiosity about fintech and consumer financial protections

• Experience with credit reporting, disputes, bankruptcy, fair lending, UDAAP
• Familiarity with regulatory agency processes
