💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts using our proprietary T3 platform. Your work will keep our rental fleet running and support construction projects across the region. You'll have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry and receive year-round OEM training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and diagnose issues
• Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance
• Maintain documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service and maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
