💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical lead for Instrumentation & Controls and Life Safety Systems on a semiconductor construction project in Peoria, AZ. You'll oversee field execution, trade partner coordination, and quality review to ensure conformance with project specifications. This role is embedded within the execution team, providing leadership and technical guidance directly on-site.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical authority for I&C systems including PLCs, BMS, and DDC.
• Lead planning and execution of Life Safety Systems (fire alarm, smoke control).
• Provide field oversight to verify installation conformance with contract documents.
• Review submittals and RFI responses for system compatibility and integration.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in instrumentation, controls, and life safety systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, DDC, and low-voltage control systems in industrial environments.
• Ability to interpret control schematics, P&IDs, and device layouts.
• Experience coordinating with trade partners in active construction environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in electrical/controls engineering or construction management.
• NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, BIM 360/ACC, and Excel.
