You'll join the Customer Care Integrations team at Toast, supporting customers and partners using Toast APIs and integrations. You'll manage escalated technical issues and drive customer satisfaction through timely resolutions.
π― What You'll Do
- Be primary contact for post-integration vendor and customer issues
- Accept direct calls, identify problems, set expectations, and resolve
- Troubleshoot integration issues using Splunk and Postman
- Escalate complex issues to Senior API Integrations Experts
π Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- 2+ years in customer/technical support or related field
- Experience working with APIs and integrations
- Proficient in system troubleshooting and analysis
