You'll join the Customer Care Integrations team at Toast, supporting customers and partners using Toast APIs and integrations. You'll manage escalated technical issues and drive customer satisfaction through timely resolutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Be primary contact for post-integration vendor and customer issues
  • Accept direct calls, identify problems, set expectations, and resolve
  • Troubleshoot integration issues using Splunk and Postman
  • Escalate complex issues to Senior API Integrations Experts
