In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and design leadership to define hiring needs and strategies. You'll source and assess top design talent, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and champion Brex's employer brand within the design community.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for Product Design and Brand Design in a high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in AI tools and creative talent networks.
• Ability to assess design portfolios for craft and user-centered methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles using recruiting platforms and creative networks.
• Screen portfolios and assess craft, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Coordinate interviews including portfolio reviews and design exercises.
• Provide pipeline health updates and insights to hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
