You'll develop sales skills by prospecting and qualifying leads for a compensation software company. You'll collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth and build a foundation in sales. This role offers structured training and direct mentorship from experienced team members.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning to develop opportunities
  • Qualify inbound leads by understanding prospect needs
  • Prospect into accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain records in Salesforce and Outreach

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of sales experience including phone-based lead generation
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft

  • Experience with Highspot
  • Familiarity with compensation software
  • Knowledge of industry trends
