- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Inbound Sales Representatives
- Handle calls, deal strategy, objection handling, and performance coaching
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and training programs for new joiners
- Use data to monitor performance and implement improvements
๐ Requirements
- Experience managing sales teams in high-growth environments
- Proven track record in hiring, onboarding, and scaling teams
- Strong KPI and sales metrics proficiency with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in Italian and English
