You'll support autonomous delivery robots in the field, ensuring smooth and reliable performance. You'll assist with navigation, maintenance, and incident documentation, directly improving our technology. This role offers hands-on experience in autonomous delivery operations at a cutting-edge robotics startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in deployment, preparation, inspection, cleaning, and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move or recover robotic units.
• Manage end-of-shift recovery by securing, charging, and sanitizing robot assets.

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

• 1 year of experience in last-mile delivery or robotics
