You'll join CivilGrid, a venture-backed construction tech startup, as one of the first SDRs shaping the sales playbook. You will open doors for Account Executives by engaging prospects and generating qualified meetings. This role offers direct mentorship from the founding team and a chance to disrupt a $4.7T industry.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Research and engage target prospects across engineering firms and utilities
  • Run outbound campaigns via calls, email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Manage inbound leads, qualifying and routing to Account Executives
  • Track activity and maintain data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Grit and resilience to handle high-volume outreach and rejection
  • Organized and self-motivated to manage pipeline and hit targets

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in construction-tech, GIS, or SaaS industries
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM
