Description

You will manage the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring campaign delivery meets SLAs and client expectations. You'll own timelines, workflows, and communications, proactively resolving issues and coordinating teams.

Requirements

• 2-3 years media experience at an agency
• Experience with RFPing vendors and vendor communications
• Knowledge of media best practices

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client management for assigned accounts
• Manage deliverables across campaigns, ensuring timelines and scopes are met
• Serve as primary contact for working teams and mid-level stakeholders
• Pressure-test feasibility and surface risks
• Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs and client expectations
