💼 About This Role

You'll own the execution and operationalization of scaled programs that support global Solutions and Revenue teams. You'll translate strategic priorities into structured, repeatable programs that improve how we support customers at scale. This role sits at the intersection of solutions, program management, and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and execute high-impact internal programs for the global Solutions team
• Run the global Consensus scaled demo program ensuring consistency and adoption
• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge hub of scalable assets and best practices
• Operationalize Voice of Customer intake and prioritization with Product
• Track dashboards and reporting on Solutions team revenue impact

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in program management, solutions operations, or revenue operations
• Experience building structured processes from ambiguity and documenting workflows
• Strong organizational and operational skills managing multiple workstreams
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Revenue, or Technical teams

• Experience managing Consensus or similar digital demo platforms
• Strong analytical skills with Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau
• Knowledge of security, compliance, or data infrastructure solutions
