- Act as escalation point for critical customer issues
๐ Requirements
- 5โ10 years of experience in customer success or after-sales service management
- Proven track record improving customer satisfaction metrics
- Strong leadership experience with distributed teams
- Experience implementing process improvements and operational transformations
