📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of related property management experience.
• Real Estate License where required by local regulation.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.

• CPM or RPA professional designation.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties.
