You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents, serving as their day-to-day contact and driving adoption of Compass technology. Your core impact is ensuring agents succeed and grow their businesses through exceptional support and training.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training sessions
- Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates
- Mentor Agent Experience Coordinators and manage escalations
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations
- Ability to work in-office during standard operating hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous experience in real estate
- Experience with live or remote training
- Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
