You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents, serving as their day-to-day contact and driving adoption of Compass technology. Your core impact is ensuring agents succeed and grow their businesses through exceptional support and training.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training sessions
  • Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates
  • Mentor Agent Experience Coordinators and manage escalations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations
  • Ability to work in-office during standard operating hours
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in real estate
  • Experience with live or remote training
  • Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
