You'll join the Assay Development Team to design experiments for stable drug formulations and lead process characterization for BLA submission. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with external manufacturing and internal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and conduct formulation development experiments.
• Lead drug product process characterization strategies.
• Provide scientific oversight to internal and contract labs.
• Author technical development documents.

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 5-8 years experience in biologics or viral vector drug product development.
• Experience with formulation development and drug product process development.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation like HPLC, CE, light scattering.
• Experience with fill-finish processes and tech transfer.

• MS with 8-11 years experience.
• Experience with scale-down model development.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
