💼 About This Role

You'll join the Collateral Management team to process lien releases and manage collateral files for residential loans. Your work will ensure homeowners experience transparency and efficiency during the mortgage lifecycle. This role offers the chance to drive process improvements in a fast-scaling fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process documents and tasks related to loan payoffs.
• Assist with closing by completing original deeds for recording.
• Assist and back up release of deeds of trust and trailing documents.
• Manage deadlines for lien releases under state guidelines.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of financial industry experience
• 3-5 years of mortgage servicing experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Ability to process high volume of tasks
