🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews with recruiters
• Communicate timely updates and guide candidates through the process
• Arrange travel and accommodation for out-of-town candidates
• Greet candidates and ensure smooth on-site interviews

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year as recruiting coordinator, admin, or intern
• Experience scheduling interviews and calendar management
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to handle urgent matters outside working hours

• Previous experience in Candidate Experience/Recruiting Coordinator role
