You'll partner with Solutions leadership to develop operational plans for technical pre-sales and post-sales motions. You'll analyze team performance and design scalable frameworks to improve efficiency. This role is critical to driving major improvements in the Solutions team's effectiveness and accelerating customer value through AI-driven delivery excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop frameworks to standardize Solutions team approaches across customer segments.
• Identify opportunities for experiment-driven improvements in sales and implementation.
• Design scalable frameworks and AI products for consistent client value delivery.
• Track delivery performance and use data to continuously improve team operations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in strategic operations within technical sales or professional services.
• Proven track record optimizing processes and impacting business KPIs.
• Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills for complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Technical acumen and AI fluency understanding implementation and scaling challenges.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Additional European languages.
• Experience with Salesforce, data warehouses, BI tools.
