💼 About This Role

You'll lead a 2-3 person crew on sewer and water main replacement projects for a trusted Chicagoland home services company. Your core impact is ensuring safe and efficient underground utility installations while providing 24/7 emergency response support. This role rewards experience with small excavation machinery and strong leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a 2-4 person crew for sewer and water main replacement jobs.
• Operate mini excavators, skid steers, and compact loaders.
• Perform daily job-site safety assessments and trench inspections.
• Communicate with customers, inspectors, and internal staff.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of underground utility experience (sewer/water preferred).
• Proven ability to lead a crew on residential utility jobs.
• Strong experience operating small excavation machinery.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus.
