Description
You will play a key role in delivering accurate payroll, seamless benefits administration, and outstanding support to employees. Collaborating with Finance and HR, you'll ensure compliance, confidentiality, and customer service in all processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years payroll experience
- Benefits experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with HR platforms (UKG preferred)
- FPC or CPP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Process accurate biweekly payroll and quarterly board compensation
- Ensure compliance with payroll and tax regulations
- Facilitate benefit orientations and 1:1 benefit elections
- Manage benefit enrollments, COBRA, and qualifying life events
- Support ACA reporting and compliance audits
