Description

You will play a key role in delivering accurate payroll, seamless benefits administration, and outstanding support to employees. Collaborating with Finance and HR, you'll ensure compliance, confidentiality, and customer service in all processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years payroll experience
  • Benefits experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with HR platforms (UKG preferred)
  • FPC or CPP certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process accurate biweekly payroll and quarterly board compensation
  • Ensure compliance with payroll and tax regulations
  • Facilitate benefit orientations and 1:1 benefit elections
  • Manage benefit enrollments, COBRA, and qualifying life events
  • Support ACA reporting and compliance audits
