You'll act as the central point of control for release activities across ERP, CRM, and integration tools. You'll ensure software releases are planned, coordinated, and delivered efficiently with minimal disruption to business operations. You'll drive continuous improvement and automation of release processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain release calendars across ERP, CRM, and integration tools.
• Coordinate deployment execution across test, QA, pre-production, and production environments.
• Facilitate go/no-go meetings, cutover planning, and post-release reviews.
• Produce release dashboards and reports with key success metrics and upcoming deployments.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in release management or DevOps coordination.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methods, and ITIL release management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and developing governance structures.
• Technical understanding of JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment automation tools.
