Description

You'll join the winemaking team for Harvest 2026, processing grape samples, receiving and crushing fruit, managing cap activities and barrel operations, and maintaining winery facilities. This role offers exposure to all sides of harvest in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Previous winery harvest experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and/or move 75+ pounds
• Walk and stand for long periods
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Availability for rotating shifts, extended hours, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Process grape samples for fruit maturity monitoring
• Receive and process harvested grapes during crush
• Perform cap management including punch-downs and pumpovers
• Conduct wine transfers and barrel filling operations
• Steam, clean, and stack barrels; maintain facility sanitation
