You'll produce multi-platform news content for KYTX-TV, a TEGNA affiliate. Your core impact is creating compelling, authoritative stories for broadcast and digital. This role is ideal for a journalist who thrives in breaking news environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform live shots in breaking news situations
• Shoot, write, produce and edit on-air and online content
• Mine community for sources and develop story ideas
• Use social media and digital tools to distribute content

📋 Requirements

• 0-1 years reporting experience preferred
• Strong writing and production skills
• Ability to work under constant deadlines
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate news vehicle

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ENPS, EDIUS and Axis graphics
• Knowledge of Tyler area
• Proven social and digital content creation ability
