As a BAYADA PT, you'll help clients regain independence at home by performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling, strong mentorship, and a supportive team focused on quality care.

Requirements

• Current PT license in Vermont (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
