💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to craft consultative strategies showcasing Figma's value for federal accounts. You'll lead technical discussions, demos, and solution design to help customers achieve their goals and transform how they build products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Figma's value
• Support Sales team by addressing platform questions and technical requirements
• Own customer IT and Security relationship during deal cycle
• Collaborate with Product and Support to influence security feature roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience including 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and position solutions in presales
• Strong communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations
• Experience with front-end development or developer lifecycle

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience consulting federal agencies on SaaS solutions
• Experience using Figma or other UX/UI experience
