💼 About This Role

You'll run the day-to-day management of Google Ads accounts, optimizing and growing campaigns for both self-service and enterprise clients. You'll develop growth strategies to increase conversions and revenue while coordinating with designers and social media teams. This role offers the chance to test new Google Ads betas and take ownership of Snappr's growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day Google Ads account activities including reporting and optimization
• Research and test new Google Ads betas and technologies
• Develop growth strategies to increase PPC conversions and revenue
• Coordinate with designers and social media team for ad creatives

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of SEM management experience
• Deep understanding of search campaigns and conversion tracking
• Proficiency in website analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Mixpanel
• Fluency in written and spoken English

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years at an agency
• Experience building accounts from scratch
• Ability to create attribution models
