You'll lead the Partner Success function for the Dropship program, directly managing a team while handling your own portfolio of partner accounts. You'll build deep relationships with boutiques and brands to maximize partner health and growth. This role offers a blend of hands-on account management and team leadership, reporting to the Head of Supply.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop the Partner Success team and operations.
  • Own a portfolio of dropship partner accounts and drive retention.
  • Conduct business reviews and ensure partner stock quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service KPIs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in account or partner success management.
  • Proven track record of driving retention and account growth.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
