💼 About This Role

You'll join the Insights team, building and owning production data pipelines that turn raw data into actionable intelligence for commercial banks. You'll work across the full project lifecycle, from understanding the problem to shipping reliable code that has direct business impact. The role offers the opportunity to apply AI to products and workflows where it delivers genuine value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write production Python code for data pipelines
• Own project lifecycle from design to reliable operation
• Drive technical quality through testing, observability, and clean code
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production-ready code
• Experience with SQL, Spark, and Databricks/Delta Lake
• Proficiency in a strongly typed language like Python or C#
• Comfort with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud infrastructure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with orchestration tools like Dagster, Airflow, or Temporal
• Experience with DBT
• Product mindset to influence what is built
