💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of 13 e-commerce and lifestyle brands. Your work will directly shape company growth by building engineering, marketing, and finance teams. This role offers end-to-end ownership and the autonomy to establish CSC's recruiting presence in Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies for each role
• Own full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
• Lead efforts to establish CSC's recruiting presence in Canada

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in e-commerce, fintech, or tech
• Proven ability to source engineering, finance, and creative talent across North America
• Experience using data and reporting to drive recruiting decisions
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities

• Experience recruiting in both the US and Canadian markets
• Familiarity with omni-channel retail or portfolio company environments
