💼 About This Role

You'll work on improving the security, reliability, and infrastructure of a platform for managing complex private credit transactions. Your work will directly strengthen CI/CD workflows, AWS infrastructure, and SOC 2 readiness. You'll collaborate closely with the Lead DevSecOps Engineer while owning critical technical workstreams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform or Pulumi
• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and incident response
• Design and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, or platform engineering
• Strong hands-on AWS experience with IAM, networking, and logging
• Solid CI/CD pipeline development and release automation experience
• Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or Pulumi and scripting in Python or Bash

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO 27001 frameworks
• Background in fintech, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS
