Description

As an automotive technician at Carvana, you'll perform complex repairs and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles, from light maintenance to heavy engine work, in a high-tech inspection center. You'll use state-of-the-art tools while earning competitive pay and benefits. Your work directly contributes to delivering high-quality, reconditioned cars to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to weather conditions
• Pass a background check and MVR check if required

Responsibilities

• Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension, and heavy engine work
• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles
• Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems (AC, heater cores)
• Conduct diagnostics using state-of-the-art tools in an inspection center environment
• Work mandatory overtime as needed to meet customer delivery commitments
