💼 About This Role

You'll lead high-rate production execution using lean principles, driving output and quality on the manufacturing floor. Your core impact is building scalable systems while developing technician teams to hit aggressive build plans. This role offers ownership of flow and rapid problem resolution in a fast-paced defense startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own shift-level execution against build plan and takt time
• Enforce standard work and respond immediately to performance gaps
• Coordinate with Material, Quality, and Engineering to maintain flow
• Maintain visual management boards and drive lean improvements

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in manufacturing leadership in high-rate environments
• Strong experience with lean manufacturing systems and standard work
• Proven ability to manage technicians and drive disciplined execution
• Hands-on experience with structured problem solving (5-Why, root cause)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing Toyota Production System principles
• Background in electronics or hardware manufacturing
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems
