You'll own day-to-day execution of AllTrails' global affiliate program, including partner onboarding and campaign management. You'll identify, recruit, and activate new affiliate partners to drive incremental growth. This role is fully remote with opportunities to connect with teammates in select cities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day execution of affiliate program
• Identify, recruit, and activate new affiliate partners
• Manage and grow relationships with existing partners
• Analyze affiliate performance and contribute to reporting

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of affiliate marketing experience
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing ecosystem
• Experience with affiliate platforms like Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, CJ
• Experience using analytics tools like Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics

• Agency experience supporting affiliate programs
• Experience at a mobile-first B2C company
• Experience with tools including Figma, Confluence, Looker
