You'll join SafeLease's analytics team to derive actionable insights from commercial real estate data. Your work will directly inform pricing optimization and growth strategies for a profitable insurtech scaling 100% annually. You'll own end-to-end analytics, from data pipelines to executive dashboards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain analytics systems for actionable insights
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Build data pipelines for cleaning and transformation
• Create reports using data mining and visualization

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years delivering solutions in SQL, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, or GCP
• Project experience applying predictive and descriptive analytics
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work
• Experience transforming raw data into actionable business insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in insurance or real estate analytics
• Familiarity with Excel formulas and pivot tables
