๐ผ About This Role
You'll define and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise accounts to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue expansion. You will lead demand generation, account-based marketing, and product marketing in a remote-first environment. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, building and mentoring a high-performing GTM team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead enterprise go-to-market and marketing strategy
- Own and optimize account-based marketing programs and events
- Drive demand generation across content, paid channels, and campaigns
- Develop product marketing foundations including ICPs, messaging, and sales enablement
- Partner with revenue operations to implement funnel tracking and reporting
๐ Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years of B2B marketing or growth experience in SaaS or tech
- Proven track record of building or scaling enterprise marketing functions
- Experience delivering measurable ARR growth from early-stage to multi-tens of millions
- Deep understanding of demand generation, ABM, and multi-channel marketing
