Description

You will serve as the primary clinical authority for a virtual clinic dedicated to midlife women's health, supporting a growing clinician team by handling real-time escalations, reviewing complex cases, and contributing to clinical guidelines and quality initiatives.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• National-level expertise in perimenopause and menopause care
• Experience managing complex multi-comorbidity cases
• Ability to serve as escalation point for other clinicians

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary clinical authority for real-time clinician questions and escalations with 30-minute response time
• Support direct patient care including escalated visits and DEA-required encounters
• Review and manage time-sensitive patient cases, lab results, and clinical inbox items
• Participate in Doc of the Day coverage and fulfill physician collaboration duties
• Partner with Medical Director to refine clinical guidelines and contribute to quality initiatives
