💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate production scheduling and manage inventory levels for a manufacturing facility in Surrey, B.C. You'll serve as a key link between production, purchasing, and logistics, ensuring materials flow efficiently to support production timelines. This role requires 100% in-office presence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Production Scheduler to support schedule adherence
• Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material purchasing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning or inventory control in manufacturing
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP designation (or in progress)
• Familiarity with demand forecasting and capacity planning
