💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the department's technical authority on power distribution and switchgear design for modular AI infrastructure. You'll define engineering standards, solve complex protection coordination challenges, and lead technical direction of the electrical engineering team. This high-impact role mentors staff engineers and drives technical excellence across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define power distribution and switchgear design standards for modular data centers
• Perform advanced power system studies including short circuit and arc flash analysis
• Design and validate protection schemes with SEL/ABB protective relays
• Conduct deep-dive technical reviews as final quality gate before fabrication
• Mentor staff and senior electrical engineers to elevate team capabilities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
• 10-15 years of experience in switchgear design and modular infrastructure
• Deep understanding of switchgear construction and bus bracing for LV and MV
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience on technical committees (IEEE, NFPA, UL)
• Proficiency with EPlan or AutoCAD Electrical
• Experience with PLC/SCADA integration for power automation
