Description

You will provide legal advice and support for transactional and development finance business in Asia, focusing on project and structured export finance. This role is execution-heavy, requiring hands-on transaction support rather than strategic oversight.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of capital markets transactions across public and private markets
• Solid transactional experience working with SMEs, banks, and project managers
• Minimum 5-7 PQE, flexibility up to 15 PQE
• Experience in Project Financing is a significant advantage
• Sustainability experience is a nice to have

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on transactional and development finance matters in Asia
• Maintain close relationships with PEF and SEF business heads
• Promote compliance with legal standards and ethical practices
• Identify horizon risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Act as lead lawyer for complex multi-jurisdictional transactions
